無澱粉

第一天的晚上決定再次下海，煮牛柳粒食﹗

油一滾就加蒜蓉，爆香再落牛柳粒，牛柳是超市貨35蚊好大塊﹗見佢熟熟地就加埋蒜片蔥花，同埋少少紅酒黑椒及辣椒仔

上碟﹗yeah!!!!唔知點樣可以炸到0的蒜片變黑色呢，本來我個心係想整蒜片牛肉粒的﹗唔知係咪應該早0的落，而家0的蒜大家可以見到係唔熟的﹗111

味道都ok，唔會全熟我想有八成熟吧﹗不過食完好似仲肚餓咁﹗

配埋88蚊兩支的Hardys Merlot，正呀﹗沒有澱粉的第一天﹗
